Innovation Clusters

Excited to announce the first Innovation Clusters award, $50.5m in support of the biotech cluster in New Haven, CT.
Including the remarks from the event and the press release below, but as a reminder Innovation Clusters seeks to support the application of next generation technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Technologies in the sectors where the State of Connecticut has competitive advantage.
We expect Quantum and AI to drive the next evolution of biotech. Quantum will allow our research scientists to model model entropy - the organized chaos that we see in nature and the human body - and AI will help interpret and act on the data such systems will produce. This will lead to a dramatic increase in the pace and volume of new therapeutics, and we are very excited to continue to lead the way with these historic investments.
We are also competing for a National Science Foundation grant to support these efforts - and were recently announced as 1 of 15 finalists. When (not if) we win that award, it will allow us to accelerate these efforts and be sure we have laid the groundwork to lead a Quantum revolution from Connecticut.
As always please follow along our work at dokeefect.com.
